This cooking class starts with morning visit to local vegetables and fish market in Biaung Traditional Market , located just 10 minutes from the villa where many of the ingredients are purchased for the day’s program, including spices, meat, chicken, and fresh seafood. The guest will be witness and experience the very busy, daily early morning activities of the local community, who is eager to finish their shopping before 9.00 am.

After come from the market, we will open the kitchen. Dressed in aprons and copy of recipes, guest will be guided into the many secrets, and flavors of Anapuri and at the same time, discover and feel the peacefulness of a harmonious Anapurian.

After few entertaining hours in the kitchen, the guest will face the grandest and final task, sampling the dishes which the guest has prepared at the kitchen and the villa butler will help to bring and serve the food at guest private dining pavilion.
