Terms & Conditions
Each of Anapuri Villas can accommodate a maximum of two guests per bedroom. The above rates represent the cost per night for a maximum of two registered guests per bedroom, with any additional guests and bedding subject to a surcharge.
In accordance with Indonesian Government Regulations, payments by credit card will be invoiced in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
Check in and check out time
- Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 12pm (noon).
- Day Use/late checkout until 18:00 hours will be charged at 50% off from the nightly rate and is only offered subject to availability.
- Checkout after 18:00 hours will incur a payment of 100% of the nightly rate.
Changes and Cancelation Policies
- Changes of villa booking dates can only be done in writing through email at the latest 2 (two) weeks after a confirmed booking date. Exceptions may apply subject to Anapuri Villas approval for last minute booking.
- Cancellation can only be made in writing through email. A full refund of any down payment shall be made only if a cancellation has been notified at latest 3 (three) months before the arrival date (excluding the arrival date). Otherwise there shall be no refund of down payments for cancellations whatsoever. There shall be no refund for any cancellation of last minute bookings.
Damages, Breakages or Losses Policies
Guests are expected to keep the property and its facilities and equipments in good condition. Guests are responsible to pay any damages, breakages or losses during their stay period caused by misconduct or negligence.
Payment Mode and Payment Term
Payments can be made through bank transfer or credit card payment link (VISA or Master Card)
